Located in the heart of Broadbeach, our contemporary self-contained apartments provide a luxury holiday destination on the beautiful Gold Coast. Enjoy your stay as you relax in modern, stylish apartments with sweeping ocean or hinterland views.

This guide contains information on services and facilities available within our resort, as well as local information on the Broadbeach and Gold Coast area.

While you relax here at Ultra, we suggest you take time to experience some of the local attractions, restaurants and world-class beaches.

If you are departing outside office hours, please settle your account the day prior. We accept Mastercard and Visa. Cheques are not accepted. All transactions must be carried out during office hours.

Management reserves the right to enter your apartment for cleaning, maintenance and inspection.

Check in time is from 2:00pm. Please see our reception open hours and if you will arrive outside these hours, please contact us to make arrangements prior to arrival.

Check out time is 10:00am. Please return keys to reception when checking out.

Guests departing outside office hours are asked to leave their key(s) in the after-hours key drop box located on the reception.

Please note, we have a luggage room available so that you can leave your bags on arrival or departure.

Car parking is located on Basements 1 & 2. Please use only your allocated spaces. Additional parking is available on spaces marked “VISITOR BAY”.

Our car park clearance is 2.1 meters.

You will need to use your swipe fob to gain entry to the building, car park and common areas. Use your room key to enter your unit.

PLEASE NOTE: If keys are lost, please contact Reception so that a replacement set can be arranged. A replacement cost per set of keys is $95 (incl GST).

The barbecues are located on Level 1. Please consider others and leave the area clean and tidy for the next guest. Please take your barbeque equipment with you for cooking.

Gym facilities are available from 6am – 9pm. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the gym area. Please treat equipment with care at all times. Please use a towel and gym shoes whilst using equipment and wipe down equipment after use.

The sauna & steam room are located next to the Gym on the first floor. This area is for Adults only.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
A fire evacuation plan is located on the back of your apartment door, please ensure you have familiarized yourself with the nearest fire exit.

IN CASE OF FIRE – DO NOT USE LIFTS.
This property is fitted with an advanced fire protection system. In the case of a fire, please follow the procedures outlined below:

1. If the fire alarm or automatic evacuation system sounds, please make your way to the nearest fire exit.
2. Close the apartment door firmly behind you when all occupants of the apartment have vacated.
3. Leave all bags in your room.
4. Do not run. Do not use the lifts.
5. Do not telephone Reception as we may require the phone lines for Emergency calls.
6. Proceed to the assembly area at the front entrance of the building. Await further instruction from the Fire Services or Ultra team member.
7. Do not re-enter the building unless you are advised to do so by the Fire Brigade or a Ultra team member.

All apartments are equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

The pool areas are on level 1 and are open from 6.00am – 9.00pm. This is a non-smoking area. Please wash off all sand before entering either the pool or spa. Please consider other guests when using this area.

• Children under the age of 13 are to be supervised at all times.
• Alcohol, glass and food are not permitted around the pool and spa areas.
• Pushing, running, jumping or rough play is prohibited in the pool and spa areas.
• Swimming whilst under the influence is not allowed.
• No surfboards or boogie boards allowed in the pool.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN YOUR ACCESS BEING RESTRICTED.

Bookings for the Theatre can be made at Reception.

The outdoor facilities are open from 6am – 9pm. Bookings can be made at Reception during office hours. Tennis equipment is also available for hire at Reception.

We offer FREE wi-fi. The password is located on the back of your apartment door.

No animals of any kind are permitted in the complex, without the prior approval of the Body Corporate. Guests who bring animals into the complex may be evicted without the right to a refund.

As per the Guide Dogs Act 1972, section 5, Guide Dogs or Companion dogs are permitted in the complex subject to prior approval by management and Body Corporate. Proof of registration will be requested.

There may be an extra cleaning fee included in your tariff, which will be agreed upon when making your booking. 

The registered occupier of the unit is liable for any breakages or damages done during their stay. Please report all breakages or damage to Reception immediately.

To ensure a pleasant holiday is had by all, we ask parents to SUPERVISE their children. Please ensure all signs are adhered to as any damage caused by children will become the parent’s expense. Persons found vandalizing or damaging resort property or equipment will be required to pay all restriction costs and asked to vacate the resort. Children to be escorted in the lift.

Units are not serviced daily. However, if you are staying with us for 9 nights or more a service will be provided. Should you require a service or fresh linen, this can be provided at an additional cost. May we respectfully advise that we are self-catering holiday apartments and as such you are responsible for maintaining the general tidiness and cleanliness of your apartment.

PLEASE NOTE: Should your unit be left in an unacceptable condition on your departure, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.

We are pleased to offer the following items for hire from reception. Hire fees cover use for the duration of your stay (unless otherwise stated):

• Cot hire – $10 each per night (2 night min)

• Beach chairs – $10 each

All items in room (e.g. furniture, crockery and cutlery) are to remain in the rooms and not to be moved between other units if you have friends or family staying. Any items missing will incur a replacement charge.

All units have fully equipped kitchens with fridge, ceramic cooktop, oven and dishwasher. Please contact reception should any of the above items be faulty.

Units that are equipped with stove tops – do not leave cooking unattended and ensure to always allow full ventilation by opening windows and doors when cooking. Fire Brigade Levy may apply should the fire alarm be activated.

Should any item in your apartment require attention, please contact Reception as soon as possible so that we may rectify any problems immediately. For the convenience of others, please refrain from using washing machines and dryers before 8:00am and after 8:00pm.

Children aged 0-2 are included in the price if using existing bedding. Please note we do have cots available to hire at $10 per night (2-night minimum charge). Children aged 3 years+ are at adult rates.

A rubbish chute is located on entry level beside the lift. Please bag or wrap your garbage before depositing it down the chute. Please DO NOT put bottles or glassware down the chute or try and force large items down the chute entry. As this will only block the chute.
Bottles, cans and paper go into the black container marked ‘Recycle’ located inside the garbage room on each floor. Please collapse cardboard boxes.

As we are self-catering accommodation, you are responsible for maintaining the general tidiness and cleanliness of your apartment during your stay (daily servicing can be arranged at an additional cost should you require).

We ask that the apartment is left tidy with all cutlery, crockery & utensils washed and placed back in the cupboards and drawers and please ensure the air-conditioning is turned off at departure.

All apartments are non-smoking. An extra cleaning charge may apply if it is evident a guest has been smoking in the unit.

To call reception from your in-room telephone dial ‘9’. To call another room within the building dial the room number. Please note, our in-room telephones do not allow incoming or outgoing external calls.

Please ensure you have informed your visitors of your unit number if they wish to call you outside of office hours. There is an intercom system outside the front entrance doors that they can contact you upon arrival.

As per Body Corporate By-Laws, washing is not permitted to be hung over the balconies railing please use the clothes airer provided.
